As a Master Plumber at Master Plumbing & Heating, you will play a critical role in servicing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems while mentoring and training junior technicians. This is your chance to work on a variety of projects, develop your expertise, and be a leader in the field.


What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, including domestic water, vacuum, and sewer lines.
  • Install fixtures such as toilets, sinks, and water heaters with precision and expertise.
  • Perform leak tests using compressed air or water and ensure all systems are safe and functional.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, explaining work performed and pricing before starting any project.
  • Train and mentor maintenance and service technicians to develop their skills.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean service vehicle to ensure efficiency.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and company-sponsored training sessions.

What You Bring

  • A Valid Master Plumber License and a GED or High School Diploma are required.
  • An Associate Degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience as a Master Plumber in residential service and maintenance are required.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to mentor and train others.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Dependability, organization, and a willingness to travel to job sites within the Okemo Valley region.
