As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that keeps our operations running smoothly. Whether answering phone calls or emails, you'll ensure each customer feels valued and supported. This is an opportunity to work in a flexible, part-time role with a team that values your contributions and growth.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, providing exceptional customer service.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments with our technicians.
- Accurately input customer information and service requests into our systems.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns in a timely, professional manner.
- Provide follow-up communication to confirm appointments or gather additional details.
- Support other administrative tasks to help streamline our customer journey.
- Monitor and manage the scheduling calendar to ensure efficiency and minimize conflicts.
- Proactively contact customers to provide updates on service requests or address delays.
- Assist in preparing daily technician schedules and ensuring all materials are ready for appointments.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement ways to improve the customer experience.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communication.
- Proven ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude when dealing with challenges.
- Familiarity with scheduling or CRM systems (a plus but not required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus.
